Yesterday evening, My husband and I ate the pizza around 6pm and felt symptoms around 10:30pm. I started getting intense gas cramps in my stomach. While my husband just felt mild gastrointestinal discomfort. By 12pm, we both had diarrhea and lots of gas. Symptoms are still continuing next day but milder with respect to the cramping.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
