Food Safety Report - Dairy Queen, Tucson Arizona

3 years ago reported by user-vnnty664 business

Blizzard, Dairy Queen, East Tanque Verde Road, Tucson, AZ, USA

6780 East Tanque Verde Road, Tucson, 85715 Arizona, United States

On Monday September 20th around 7:30pm my husband and I got blizzards from their drive thru here. We both became extremely ill later that night and the violent vomiting and diarrhea lasted into the next day. We have a 5 month old son and we were almost too sick to care for him. We know it was this because my husband’s sister ate dinner with us but didn’t have a blizzard and she didn’t get sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
