Falafel Meal Causes Illness - Food Delivery, Santa Clara California

My husband and I, both became ill after eating the Blue Lagoon Falafel meal from Thistle. It was heated as instructed on the "best by" date indicated on the label. The order was unpacked and refrigerated immediately upon delivery and the ice packs were still frozen solid when it arrived. We both became nauseous a few hours after eating and had severe diarrhea with stomachs cramping for 3 days. I have reached out to Thistle but no response yet. This seems like a possible contamination issue with one or more of the ingredients..
