Additional information: I ate a blueberry muffin at 2pm yesterday. Within 40 minutes I experienced severe cramping, stomach pain, diarrhea and my abdomen was extremely bloated. The diarrhea was severe and came in bouts and it lasted for over 4 hours. I felt nauseated and almost threw up several times. After that I got hot and began to sweat, then I got the chills. Today I have severe abdominal pain and chills, and I feel like I could throw up.
