I had a busy day of errands and school meetings, so I ordered carry out for my family’s dinner. I had the Cobb salad. I thought the dressing tasted a bit off, but decided it was just because I hadn’t had their French in a while. I was right. A couple hours after I ate, I got super hot and nauseous. Then, intestinal cramping/diarrhea started. I have been gagging. I have a vomit phobia so I’ve been doing everything not to throw up. It’s been awful. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Vomiting

I'm so so sorry you got sick from this. I have emetophobia as well. Try to keep Dramamine or similar on hand for when you start to feel sick
