Was dizzy and felt as though I had a fever, but still had obligations to my family and drove to work. Had to pull over into an empty parking lot because i was vomiting inside the car and couldn't (shoudn't) hold it back. When they were called the employee said that their manager was away for training and that there wasnt anybody to speak to. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
