I got food on Sunday, 11/12/17 around 11:40 AM. I ordered Roasted Chicken Bites and had to eat while driving. I bit into one chicken bite that tasted a little funny (i assumed it was just fat) and I spit it into a napkin and kept on eating. I didn't think anything of it. At around 6:00 that night I began to have a chills, aches, and a fever. Around 7:00 I had diarrhea and stomach pain. I thought I just had the flu. I didn't feel any better the next day - I had fever and chills all night long and woke up running to the bathroom with diarrhea. I had diarrhea probably 5 times between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. I haven't had an appetite since Sunday and it is now Wednesday. I work at a hospital and am not allowed to work for the entire week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Loss of Appetite
