Saturday, February 6, upon leaving restaurant began to feel ill. Arriving at my folks home I became ill and vomited.Find myself ill throughout the evening.
My wife and I had the same hors d'oeuvres and also shared the same sides. The only difference was our entree. I had a grilled lobster tail.
I had my father notify the restaurant this morning.
This morning I find myself with a rash about my eyes.
