- comments: premises has no clean up procedures or supplies for responding to vomiting and/or diarrhea events. Instructed manager to comply with the new code or citations will follow. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005.

- comments: must clean interior shelving of walk in cooler to remove spills and/or debris.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed the outside garbage area not maintained. Instructed manager to remove litter and debris from the ground around the dumpster and keep lids closed on the dumpster to prevent food source and harborage.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need detail cleaning through premises: inside the walk in cooler, sell area, washroom and outside storage trailer.
