Additional information: Vomiting the first night with intense chills, now I’m just very weak. Still experiencing Diarrhea. Thursday evening, I got chicken strips, fries, and a limeade. I got a severe stomach ache that turned into vomiting and diarrhea all night, till about 5AM. It’s Saturday morning now and I’m no longer vomiting, but still very weak and have an intense headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Weakness
