Stopped by a quick lunch, a few hours later I couldn't stop going to the restroom. Once I got home I took medicine and took a nap. Woke up hours later with a high fever, and proceeded to vomit. Body feels weak, I have never felt this bad from food poisoning. Planning on going to the doctor tomorrow morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
