Flatbread, Salad Illness Suspected - Brewhouse Grille, Camp Hill Pennsylvania

I ate a house salad with balsamic and margherita flatbread pizza, and drank water and one Blue Moon beer around 6:30/6:45 pm on 7/10/19. I started feeling unwell there and by the time I got home at 8:00 I was nauseous and a little dizzy when I moved. Around 8:30 I vomited violently for about 20 - 30 minutes. Then I had diarrhea. Throughout the night and the next morning.
I also hated the experience because we ate outside on the deck and the two women behind me were chain smoking for about an hour. Disgusted with the entire experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
