I went to lunch with a friend, ate my lunch and within hours I was projectile vomiting with stomach cramps & massive amounts of liquid fecal matter. I did notice my food was not warm, but so very close to being cold ,last bite tasting rotten. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
