Brown Stew Chicken Illness - Food Truck, Ocho Rios St. Ann Parish

November 2022, I was on vacation with babe in Ochi in November 2022 and we were in need of a traditional Jamaican breakfast and bought 2 brown stew chicken meals. Both meals ruined our lives for 48 hours!!!!!!
There is a really nasty food truck 🚚 on the corner of NCB bank and main St. in Ocho Rios.
Pls someone jus check their paperwork because i think they they are "fly by nite" spot. | Symptoms: Nausea
