Ate a Chicken Caesar Salad on Sunday 5/14/16. Woke up Monday morning with a fever, diarrhea. Monday night my fever hit 104.5F. Was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday after passing out twice. Hospital diagnosed me with Severe Colitis and Severe Dehydration. Stool culture came back today for Campylobacter Foodborne bacteria. Am currently still in the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
