“On the evening of sunday 19 july 2020 , i ordered one cheesy crunch burger with French fries and Pepsi . The next day blood came out of my a*us and it was very painful , I went to the gattani hospital , udaipur ,Rajasthan , they told me that... it was likely to be piles and gave me medications for 3 days , I went back home and at 10 PM i was so weak that I could not even pick my phone ,at 3 am when I was was totally helpless , I called my mother and she made me eat food and gave me medicines and it gave me relief and I was able to sleep then ..the same day we went to the hospital again because I was very weak, they admitted me and took my blood to take reports , in the report they confirmed that it was not piles but SEVERE FOOD POISONING in which the germ/ bacteria attacked my liver and it was the reason blood was coming out of my a*us, today is my 2nd day being admitted in the hospital and my condition has yet not improved. It pains so much that whenever I am in the toilet /come out of toilet I was agonizing of pain , it only gets normal when they give me painkilling injection , and after 4 hrs after its effect ends the situation gets back to how it was, by now (2days )we have spent 5500 rs and I dont know how long will it take Me to get back healthy , I am devastated by this incident and won't ever eat anything from kfc and advice my friends too. ”

“Fifth Third Bank sponsored a “get together” event for their loyal customers before the University of Cincinnati vs. Temple University basketball game on March 7, 2020 at the Fifth Third Arena on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. Fifth Third Bank had this event catered from an outside vendor,... which included the following food items: chicken fingers, BBQ meatballs in sauce, and soft pretzels with cheese sauce, nachos, popcorn, cookies, and dipping sauces. After eating at this “get together” event, I became sick during the basketball game and I was running back and forth from my seat to the bathroom while throwing up in the bathroom each time. Finally, I decided to leave the Fifth Third Arena because I was so sick and I could no longer watch the game. Also, on the drive home, I had to stop to the side of the road and throw up on the pavement.
I spent $200 per ticket for the Basketball game, which was ruined because of the food poisoning I incurred after eating the food at the catered event sponsored by Fifth Third Bank.
After contacting Fifth Third Bank, my wife was told that someone would be looking into this matter immediately. However, the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the Cincinnati area and all employees of Fifth Third Bank went on lockdown.
I then contacted the Cincinnati Public Health Department about this incident and they then confirmed following an inspection at the site that there were dirty dishes found with the Caterer of the event for Fifth Third Bank.
Since Fifth Third Bank sponsored this “get together” event and hired the Caterer, they should be held accountable for my husband’s food poisoning. Not only was my husband spared after recovering a in a few days, he could have died if he had eaten more than his original plate of food.
Hence, I would like Fifth Third Bank to honor their original promise and afford us $400 for the basketball tickets we purchased for the game which we couldn’t see because of my husband’s food poisoning.
If this matter is not resolved by Fifth Third Bank, I will lodge a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General as well as the Cincinnati Public Health Department so that Fifth Third will be prohibited for hosting any future events involving the provision of food to the general public. As well, I will seek punishment of the Fifth Third staff members who sponsored and setup the event with their assigned Caterer.
After spending the last 4 months trying to resolve this issue with Fifth Third, I am deeply disappointed in the apathy displayed by Fifth Third staff members, including the bank managers at 2 location in the Mason, Ohio area.
Please therefore have someone contact me at the earliest opportunity so this matter can be resolved once and for at all.
“Not sure exactly So yesterday around the evening I ate a strawberry salad and then I had a pink salmon tuna packet hours after I ate the salad. The next day (as in today) I felt so nauseous and sick to my stomach so I went to bathroom and realized... I have diarrhea and an upset stomach I don’t know what’s going on exactly ”
“I tried this on Sunday and woke up Monday around 3 and had to throw up. I figured it was acid reflux which I haven't had since going vegan 2.5 years ago but didn't think much of it. I tried another one today to try and figure out the flavor... profile and about 2 hours later I was short of breath and had to call 911 because I was driving from San Jose to Sacramento.
They checked me out at my car and wanted to take me to the er. I didn't want to leave my car and had was starting to feel better and said I would drive myself less than 5 miles to the er. In less than 10 minutes of leaving I started hyperventilating and had to pull over. As I stopped I blacked out, and someone saw and called 911 and the same EMT's came to me and said I was incredibly pale and unresponsive so they had to break the window to get me out. As they sit me up I leaned forward and vomited all over myself. I didn't regain consciousness until I was in the ambulance.
After being admitted they did a lot of tests all came back negative. The dr said that I fainted and that the shortness of breath and fainting could have been cause by food poisoning and of course the vomiting. I have never been so embarrassed, scared and sick in my entire life. I will be addressing this with Starbucks and Impossible because there was no other explanation that the same product made me sick. I'm not allergic to anything either. Stay away from those Impossible Sausages!! ”
“Bought conventional avocados and scooped out only about 1/4 of one and my 5 year old son had it in a smoothie I make for him every morning and within 2 hours Suddenly said his tummy hurt and he threw up...twice... it was all out then, and he was feeling... all better afterwards. I feel so bad! Not sure if he just has some intolerance to avocado or if they were contaminated. I purchased these avocados on July 14th 2020 through their drive up grocery pickup. ”
