Poor Hygiene, Multiple Symptoms - Buġibba Square, San Pawl il-Baħar

I ate in a number of different places in the St Paul’s Bay Area and experienced nausea and diarrhoea after most of them. I stayed away from high risk food groups such as dairy , however some of the food hygiene practices noted were not up to par. I query handwashing, hair nets were not used and I did see coughing in kitchens that were visible at times. I would not eat here again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cough
