My son had chicken nugget kids meal. Just ate chicken. About 2-3 hours later threw up with severe abdominal pain and diarrhea a few times. Its 9:26 pm. Went thru drive thru today! Very concerned mom of a 7 year old., Still dealing with it only him He was the only one that had the kids meal in occurred about 2 to 2 1/2 hours afterwards diarrhea was about 30 minutes later ingesting the food | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
