Nuggets Trigger Severe Sickness - Burger King,

I ordered the 20 piece chicken nugget, ate about 15 pieces and was full. 30 minutes later had severe abdominal pain and a fever. Had to call my boss to send a coworker out to replace me. 20 minutes later left the job site stopped a mile down the road at a gas station where I unleashed the Firey Diarrhea for 10 minutes. Got back in the truck and as I was pulling out of the parking lot I pulled over immediately and puked all over the road in 5 different spots. I remember feeling astonished that I had so much liquid in my stomach I was actually kind of proud however embarrassment kicked in right away as I realized I had a crowd like standing in the middle of a stadium. 30 hours later symptoms have subsided but my whole body is sore from contortioning in ways that I'm not used too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Soreness
