I went from my weekend home during the school year. The date was on a Wednesday between 4-6pm.....I got the grilled chicken sandwich. About 4 hrs later, I felt nauseated and laid in my bed. While I was laying there, my stomach felt like someone was moving my intestines around on the inside along with a low grade fever and nonstop chills, it continued for 10-15 minutes before I went to the bathroom to throw up 4-5 times.....after that, I laid down on the couch...and 10 minutes later, I threw up again 4 times, after that the throw up stopped and I just had to deal with my stomach feeling queasy. A day later, I had just a little diarrhea, along with a new symptom “cold sweats” | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
