Stopped in here early Saturday afternoon 8/1 and ordered a burger and the nugget special for $1.49. Since then I've had horrible diarrhea and fever badly. My friend had nuggets today and said he is having same issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
