Thursday 10/04/2025 I go to Burger King in Saran with 2 of my friends to eat. We each take a different menu with different condiments and a different drink, the same evening I am suffering from acute vomiting that makes me unable to sleep. The next day at work, my 2 colleagues with whom I went to the BK have the same symptoms. I had to end up hospitalized and on an infusion due to a lack of hydration. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
