Hello,Me and my Partner (Female) visited Burger King Friday 23rd Janurary 2026 at 5.45pm in Bournemouth Town centre (BH25LP).
we have experienced food posioning. The standards of the food hygenine is not great, the standard of the facilities also is not great. I saw staff not washing their hands and potentially cross contaminating foods.
My partner has become very sick and unwell. We will raise also with Burger King HR department to see what can be done. We have evidence of Purchase Via bank statement should they require this to confirm time of visit.
This has also happened at KFC just up the road which we reported to their HR also. I feel that the staff are not being thourghly audited enough and their standards are causing people to become sick. Its not acceptable, my partner is already weak immune system and im left worrying if something serious will occur. Please let me know what can be done. I attached a picture of the food at the time as i was showing friends the food i just ordered because it looked nice, not knowing what it would cause.
