Burger consumed on 3/11/24. Felt ill 4/11/24continued to dis improve over following days.
GP appointment made6/11/24-samples done and sent to Lab. results back confirmed food poisoning. Very ill over coming days. Still very unwell as at this date 12/11/24. Presently in hospital as poisoning has affected underlying condition. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
