My Wife and i had not had supper and and decided to get burger king as this was the closest option.We had the same meal and about 4 am the next morning i woke up vomiting and had terrible diarrhea.
A few hours later my wife developed the exact same symptons. this lasted all day and we both felt extremely cold.
the burger king meals were the only common meal we had had for the day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
