We ordered chicken nuggets for my 8 yr old son around 8:30.pm.. He ate 6 of them and about an hour later started saying his belly hurt. It kept getting worse and then he vomited all the nuggets into the backseat of the car.. Now it is 6:00 am and he still is unable to keep any water or crackers down without vomiting within minutes. He has a mild fever and has been unable to sleep all night, miserable saying his stomach hurts real bad. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
