Ate a Big King Combo Meal and it was sooo delicious, but the next day I had uncontrollable, violent diarrhea and severe stomach cramps from morning til evening. I almost defecated myself while I was driving in my car the next day! I had to run inside my house and straight to the toilet because I almost had an accident! IN MY PANTS! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
