Fatal Campylobacter Case - Burger King, Portsmouth Ohio

2221 Gallia Street, Portsmouth, 45662 Ohio, United States

Hospitalized for 11 days , diagnosis campylobacter. Released to rehab facility and after 5 days diarrhea started again. Taken to er on March 5th, had emergency duty at 2 PM on 4/5/19. Died on 4/6/19 at 7:50 am. All from problems caused by poisoning Thi, O e person, He got sick a couple days after | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
