Severe Pain Post-Chicken Burger - Burger King, Daly City California

Within two and a half hours of eating my meal (chicken burger that I didn’t even finish) I had very severe stomach pain and cramps. I was doubled over in pain unable to move until I threw up and had diarrhea simultaneously. I am lucky to own anti nausea meds so I was able to control the vominiting once the food was out of my system. Still hours later I’m in incredible discomfort and stomach pain. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
