Ordered my food got chicken sandwiches and a water at 6-7pm that's all I had eaten since the afternoon. later that night 12am felt nauseous all night and had diarrhea and was vomiting at 4 in the morning. Been bed resting since. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
