BK Chicken Strips Illness - Burger King,

Explosive diarrhea x3 vomit x 20+ chicken strips BK, tasted funny, kinda slimy in middle only ate like 3 (wasn't looking at them as I was reading ) started bad stomach ache like 1-2 hours later vomitted and almost passed out at work. I'm a nurse so I pulled emergency call light in bathroom was taken to urgent care, 3 diff kinds anti nausea, a lido/mylanta/ belladonna drink, 2 bags fluid, killer headache meds for that, sent home in bad shape slept all next day and my stomach is still cramping so bad... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
