After a meal yesterday noon, I was taken very violent stomach ache at the end of the day, with diarrhea and vomiting, chills.
I always want to vomit this morning, but the stomach ache dissipates. Burger King is the only thing I ate yesterday, and, being telecommuting, there is very little chance that it's a gastro, to which I'm only rarely prone to.
Probably a bacterium in meat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
