EXTREME Nausea for five days. ALSO some Vomiting/diarrhea/headaches. No one else in family has symptoms, which makes me think it was food borne. Had the original chicken sandwich meal the evening before I woke up sick. It tasted fine. Not sure that’s where I picked it up as foodborne illness can take a minute. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
