3/23 on the way out of town after my vehicle broke down going home from a road trip, I got my truck back, and stopped at this BK for food before heading back to the road. Right after eating I got stomach cramps. I kept feeling worse and worse as the day progressed. Ended up stuck in Kansas City with a 102 fever, aches, nausea, and diarrhea. I wanted to go home so thanks Burger King for stranding me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
