My colleague and I each ordered a menu — a BIG KING XXL menu and a TRIPPLE CHEESE BBQ. Shortly after eating and during the subsequent flight, my colleague began to feel severe nausea and had to vomit twice on the plane. The symptoms persisted throughout the flight and significantly affected him.I too felt the first signs of discomfort shortly after I arrived. Within a few hours, I developed severe chills, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and fever. These symptoms were so intense that I've had to recover in bed ever since.
We are disappointed and annoyed by the inadequate quality and hygiene that may have led to this adverse health issue. A visit to a Burger King branch should neither pose a health risk nor result in such consequences. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
