Last night I went to Burger King in Sliema at 11pm. as I started to eat my burger I felt like it was too warm the bottom bun was moist as I was eating the burger didn't taste the same as previous visits in Burger King I was being sick from 3 a.m. until 9 a.m. with vomiting diarrhoea severe headaches and pains. my last vomit at 9 a.m. I was vomiting blood. it is now 6:30 p.m. I still feel rough I am tempted to go to the doctor after reading online "if vomiting blood must seek medical attention" I will be returning back to Sliema Burger King to make an official complaint | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
