I think the only thing could be the burger. Breakfast me and my family ate the same and they feel ok.  Yesterday around 5pm. I went to bed at 10pm and spent the night very nauseated. Then I vomited this morning but nothing came up. I’ve been feeling nauseous all day especially when moving or walking. I’ve no diarrhea but I do have stomach cramps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
