I got a chicken Cesar salad from the Costco deli in the front of the store. I never get the salad but I did get it this time because of my diet. The chicken looked very questionable. It had a layer of slime like texture. That night I ended up with severe chills, fever, headache, vomiting, you name it. It was clear I got food poisoning from the salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Fever

Anytime meat in particular looks sus I just toss it I don’t believe in the whole wasting food philosophy. We’ve got to de-program ourselves from that way of thinking. Hopefully you feel better soon!
