I ate a small salad with balsamic dressing, got very severe symptoms a few hours later (extreme abdominal pain with diarrhea and vomiting including excessive sweating), all the way to hospital. The salad was probably out of plastic packs and was possibly infected with bacteria. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
