Ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and a vitamin water around 5:40PM on Monday August 2, 2025. Had painful bloating and cramps on flight. Felt nauseous towards the end, but walked around the plane to take my mind off it. Get to the nearby hotel around 10PM and am sick within first 15 min, again at 11:45PM, and again at 1:30AM. Also have diarrhea, cramps, chills and headache. It’s the only thing I ate since lasagna for lunch around 1PM with other family members who are not sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Bloating
