Caesar Salad and Brisket. Consumed Friday 10/22 7pm. Vomiting began 11:00 pm. Also experienced painful gas, bloating, and diarrhea that night. Next day continued along with chills and sweating. Required urgent care, prescribed Phenergan. Lasted 2 days so far; most symptoms have resolved except dizziness and headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating, Dizziness, Chills, Sweating, Gas
