My partner and I both at the BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad on 12/30/21. About 3-4 hours later, we were both extremely ill. Nausea, extreme vomiting, and diarrhea. I had to go to the ER because I couldn’t even keep down water (for 24 hours). The only thing we both ate was the salad. The ER Doctor agreed that would be the obvious source of our food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
