Today California kitchen Pizza international mall Tampa FL Pretty sure, you poisoned me. Within 2 hours of eating there both my husband and I were on the toilet with violent intestinal cramps I vomited twice. I'm so angry I want to wear a sandwich board sign and walk in circles at their entrance. Update as of 08/12/2024 I am now having to take antibiotics and steroids as a result of FOOD poising. Happy to upload a (redacted) copy of the script and what it is being prescribed for. Vomiting will aspirate into your lungs and cause pneumonia. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
