Ate a frozen California Pizza kitchen BBQ chicken pizza and about 4 hours after became violently ill. Non stop vomiting. Whats weird is I ate the same pizza last week and became ill but didn’t think it was the pizza. But since it has happened twice now from 2 pizzas I purchased at Walmart at the exact same time it’s clearly the pizza.. Walmart | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I also ate this pizza 3 days ago and i am still having slight stomach issues. Diarrhea nausea stomach cramps, gas. I got an asian chopped salad as well. Now that I see this im sure it was the pizza.
