My friend and I visited Canada's Wonderland on June 23 2024. And on June 25/26 we both began to experience intense symptoms (listed above). This is the second day I am experiencing my symptoms and I can only avoid vomiting. I'm having painful watery bowl movements (now every hour) I'm taking pepto after every bowl movement with no affect. Constant body aches, head ache and fevers. My friend and I are both suffering and I want to figure out if the food at Canada's Wonderland was the issue or a virus spreading in the park. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache

sounds like you caught something but could be a sickness from anywhere in between as well
that doesn't sound like food poisoning it sounds like a stomach bug
