Crunch Cereal Causes Illness - Captain Crunch, Allendale Charter Township Michigan

I ate captain crunch for lunch today at around 2:30pm. At around 5:30pm I had awful diarrhea and then at 6:30 I was so nauseous that I knew if I got up I would throw up, so I laid down. It’s currently 8:30pm, I’ve thrown up now, still feeling absolutely awful. It’s the only thing I’ve eaten today so I cant imagine it is anything else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
