My husband and I ate lunch and within an hour or so, I began having very sharp, severe pains in my abdomen and chest. I took Alka Seltzer, then Pepto Bismal, then repeated the Alka Seltzer and Pepto. None of it relieved the pain even a little bit. I have been constipated for over a week and I believe that is why I haven't had diarrhea. Leg pain also. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
