On 02/11/20 I ordered two chicken sandwiches with extra tomatoes at 12 o’clock noon. By 5 o’clock I was throwing up and missing work for the next three days. I was sick for two days really bad then went to the manager at the restaurant to tell him I know it was the chicken sandwiches because I wasn’t around anybody that was sick and I didn’t eat any other food for five days prior. The manager told me the chicken probably wasn’t cooked thoroughly and he had had the problem in the past. He asked if he could replace my sandwich and I said 100 sandwiches would not cover the agony for the last two days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
