Severe Illness After Burger - Carl's Jr,

November 23, 2012. Went to Carl's Jr. for dinner & had the Memphis Burger. My friend had a chicken sandwich. He was fine. By 4 AM I was really sick. I lost do much fluid that by 8 AM I had passed out on the bathroom floor. My wife had to call the paramedics. The paramedics could barely find a pulse. I was in the hospital for 4 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
