Ate a western at about 8 pm, by 12 pm was vomiting everything up. Vomiting continued every hour or so with diarrhea included, food poisoning for sure. I have also gotten sick from the Carl's on Winchester Rd in Temecula. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
